Answers to FAQs:

  1. We try to send the same cleaners each and every time. However with illness, vacation time and unforeseen schedule changes it is not always possible.
  2. The best is if you can meet them. If that is not possible, a key hidden or a garage door code will do it.
  3. Picking up clutter and making sure the sink is empty will make it easier to clean and ensure a better job. We do not pick up feces from your pet.
  4. Dogs, if prone to biting must be left outside or in a room we will not be cleaning. We need to know if you have a cat that must stay inside.
  5. That's not a problem. Please let us know at least the day before.
  6. At this time a check or cash is OK. We are now accepting credit cards.
  7. In that rare instance, we will re-clean that area.
  8. We bring our own supplies and equipment. But we will use yours if you wish.
  9. I will not let my employees move washers/dryers or refers. Also heavy furniture.
  10. I can in some cases.
